Some satirical development takes

The brilliant one on meeting a villager and a blindness based on statistics not on using our eyes and brains. And on the plethora of faith based organisations involved in development.
'I can create a community based intervention for you and then you can agree with it'.

This one is just hilariously naive but how so many of us start off in development. On the other hand, I also like the way that the employer doesn't exactly give options, showing up the constant impossibility of climbing the development industry ladder and then wondering if anyone will ever get there.

Then this is one to me is showing the plethora of secular causes that we can manage to come up with in the luxurious West, 'informing people of their rights' without looking at the circumstances in which they live where if they acted according to the principles we espouse, they would most certainly be put in more danger. Of course, this is pretty much just hilarious in its own right, but anyway, for some light relief from my nonsense...
